• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, but processing may take up to 7 business days during peak periods.

Shipping Carrier and Tracking

• All orders are sent through Correos de México Registered Mail. Once your order has been registered at the post office, you will receive tracking information via email.
• Important: Registered Mail requires a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. Afterward, the package will be held at your local post office for a limited period before being returned to us. We recommend checking your local post office policies for specifics.

Estimated Delivery Times

• USA and Canada: Approximately 2-4 weeks
• Worldwide: Approximately 3-5 weeks
• Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.

Customs Fees and Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your local government. These fees are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs regulations for details. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or reimburse customs fees.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect address, or failure to pick it up from your local post office, we can reship the package. However, you will need to cover the additional shipping costs. To avoid this, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and unwashed or unused.
• To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide further instructions and the return address.

Final Sale Items

• Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defects.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• To request a refund, notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos and a description of the issue. Once the defect is confirmed, we’ll process your refund and send you a confirmation email.
• If you received the wrong item, return it using registered mail, and include the shipping receipt. We’ll reimburse you for the cost of return shipping and the item.

Exchanges and Store Credit

• Returned items can be exchanged for another product or converted into store credit for a future purchase.

Order Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return or exchange process.

Care Guide for Polyester Sublimated Print Tapestries

Washing:

• To keep your tapestry looking vibrant, machine wash it in cold water with a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent to preserve the colors and prevent damage to the fabric.
• Avoid using bleach, as it can cause discoloration and weaken the fibers over time.

Drying:

• It’s best to air dry your polyester tapestry by hanging it up in a well-ventilated area. If you need to use a dryer, set it to the lowest heat or a no-heat air-dry cycle to prevent the fabric from shrinking or becoming damaged. High heat can distort the print and fabric fibers.

Ironing:

• Polyester fabric tends to resist wrinkles, but if you need to smooth out some creases, it’s safe to iron on a low heat setting. Make sure to iron on the reverse side of the tapestry to protect the sublimated print. Always use a pressing cloth or iron cover to avoid direct contact with the fabric.

Stain Removal:

• 
  For small stains, gently blot the area with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For tougher stains, use a stain remover designed for polyester fabric.
• Test the stain remover on a small hidden area first to make sure it doesn't affect the print.
• After cleaning, wash the tapestry as usual in cold water.

Fabric Softner Use:

• We recommend avoiding fabric softeners, as they can leave a residue on the polyester fibers, affecting the texture and the print quality.
• Fabric softeners can also reduce the material’s breathability and absorbency over time.

Can I hang my tapestry outdoors?

• While polyester is durable and can handle light exposure to the elements, we recommend limiting outdoor exposure. Direct sunlight, prolonged heat, and moisture can cause fading or damage to the sublimated print.
• If you choose to hang your tapestry outdoors, make sure to bring it inside when not in use.

How do I prevent the sublimated print from fading?

• To preserve the vibrant colors of your sublimated print, avoid direct sunlight for extended periods. Hang your tapestry in a cool, shaded area to prevent color fading.
• When washing, always turn the tapestry inside out to protect the print from friction during the wash.

Storing:

• When storing your tapestry, roll it up gently and store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding it in sharp creases, as this can cause permanent marks on the fabric.
• Keep it in a dust-free environment to prevent dirt or grime buildup.

Ironing:

• If your tapestry has wrinkles, try hanging it in a steamy bathroom or using a garment steamer to gently release the wrinkles.
• If using a steamer, hold it at a safe distance from the fabric to avoid direct contact with the print.

Is my tapestry safe to use in high-humidity areas?

• Polyester is relatively moisture-resistant, but high humidity can affect both the fabric and print quality over time. For long-term preservation, avoid hanging your tapestry in bathrooms or other areas with excessive moisture. If exposure to humidity is unavoidable, ensure the tapestry is dried completely afterward.
