Returns and Exchanges

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and unwashed or unused.
  • To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide further instructions and the return address.

Final Sale Items

  • Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defects.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To request a refund, notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos and a description of the issue. Once the defect is confirmed, we’ll process your refund and send you a confirmation email.
  • If you received the wrong item, return it using registered mail, and include the shipping receipt. We’ll reimburse you for the cost of return shipping and the item.

Exchanges and Store Credit

  • Returned items can be exchanged for another product or converted into store credit for a future purchase.

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return or exchange process.

Shipping and Customs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties for international returns. Customs fees will be communicated once the return reaches us.
  • While we are not liable for packages after they have been handed to the courier and tracking details provided, we are happy to assist with courier claims for lost or damaged packages.
