Shipping Carrier and Tracking

• All orders are sent through Correos de México Registered Mail. Once your order has been registered at the post office, you will receive tracking information via email.
• Important: Registered Mail requires a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. Afterward, the package will be held at your local post office for a limited period before being returned to us. We recommend checking your local post office policies for specifics.

Customs Fees and Duties

Removing stains:

• For tough stains, pre-treat the area with a stain remover or apply a small amount of detergent directly to the stain. Gently rub the fabric, then wash as usual.
• For grease or oil stains, a small amount of dish soap can help break down the oils before washing.

Use of fabric softner:

• It is not recommended to use fabric softener, as it can leave a residue that may affect the breathability and moisture-wicking properties of the fast-dry material. This can reduce their performance and comfort over time.
