• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, but processing may take up to 7 business days during peak periods.

Shipping Carrier and Tracking

• All orders are sent through Correos de México Registered Mail. Once your order has been registered at the post office, you will receive tracking information via email.
• Important: Registered Mail requires a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. Afterward, the package will be held at your local post office for a limited period before being returned to us. We recommend checking your local post office policies for specifics.

Estimated Delivery Times

• USA and Canada: Approximately 2-4 weeks
• Worldwide: Approximately 3-5 weeks
• Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.

Customs Fees and Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your local government. These fees are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs regulations for details. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or reimburse customs fees.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect address, or failure to pick it up from your local post office, we can reship the package. However, you will need to cover the additional shipping costs. To avoid this, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and unwashed or unused.
• To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide further instructions and the return address.

Final Sale Items

• Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defects.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• To request a refund, notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos and a description of the issue. Once the defect is confirmed, we’ll process your refund and send you a confirmation email.
• If you received the wrong item, return it using registered mail, and include the shipping receipt. We’ll reimburse you for the cost of return shipping and the item.

Exchanges and Store Credit

• Returned items can be exchanged for another product or converted into store credit for a future purchase.

Order Cancellations

How Do I Care for My Embroidered Cap?

To keep your embroidered cap looking fresh and vibrant, follow these simple care tips:

Spot Cleaning:

• Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and warm water to gently clean any spots or stains.
• Avoid scrubbing the embroidery too hard to prevent damage to the threads.

Hand Washing Only:

• If a deeper clean is needed, hand wash the cap in cool water with mild detergent.
• Submerge only the fabric part of the cap, keeping the brim dry if it's made of cardboard or another material that can warp.

Air Drying:

• Do not use a washing machine or dryer, as they can distort the shape of the cap and damage the embroidery.
• Instead, reshape the cap and let it air dry in a cool, shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Storage:

• Store your cap in a dry, cool place to avoid moisture, which can cause mold or mildew.
• Keep it away from sharp objects or heavy items to protect the embroidery and shape.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals:

• Do not use bleach or strong cleaning agents, as they can discolor the fabric and embroidery threads.

Ironing (if needed):

• If the cap becomes wrinkled, use a low heat setting and place a clean cloth over the embroidery before gently pressing it. Do not iron directly on the embroidery.
